try deleting the profile.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile:
Step 1: Make sure that Firefox is closed
Step 2:Press Windows key+R to open the Run box
Step 3:Type: %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox
Step 4:Click “OK”
Step 5:Delete the file called “profile.ini”
Step 6:Run Firefox.
your firefox must be opened.
